INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Use a balloon pump to inflate each balloon and make sure to tie a knot at the end. Fill them at different levels so you have lots of sizes to choose from. (Balloon pump and balloons not included)
2.  Alternate colors and sizes by inserting the air-filled tied balloons into the clear strip provided. Make sure to pull the knot through the hole to secure. (It’s okay to skip a hole.)
3. Once your garland is pretty full and reached your desired length, use the ribbon provided and tie to an empty hole at each end of the clear strip.
4.  Use the clear adhesive hooks provided to secure the garland on walls or ceilings.
5.  Use the glue dot strip by pressing the adhesive dot against a balloon. Once the glue dot is attached pull on the white backing of the strip for ease.
6.  Grab a smaller balloon and place on top of the balloon with the glue dot to fill in the gaps and to add more dimension.
